As the name suggests, this range of heather-clad hills and limestone cliffs is certainly outstanding… and incomparably beautiful. Excellent walking, cycling and off road horse riding are available on our doorstep, please ask us for details of our favourite trails.

Fishing, paragliding and several 18-hole golf courses are all within a few miles. Bring your horse, canoe or cycle with you! We have stables and grazing for your horse, and secure drying and storage facilities for all your equipment and tack.
